I write for audiences. I’m interested in people, what they say and do (often two different things), and the why. Why should anyone care? Why is it important? Why is it said like that? And so on.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve been working around the industry across everything from messaging updates and UX copy that enhances the experience to articles on everything from heartburn to orgasms.
